We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days of purchase. We will use Royal Mail delivery service for all orders.
All our orders are subject to availability, we will be in touch with you at the earliest opportunity should there be any delay in dispatching your order.

How to return an item
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund your order. Please note that we will not accept returns for earrings due to health and hygiene regulations and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept returns for any items of jewellery that has been specially ordered, adjusted or personalised at the customer’s request. Please refer to the following guidelines when returning an order to us.
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Product must be in pristine condition, unworn and show no signs of use.
- Proof of purchase must be supplied
- Returned within 30 days of original purchase date
Please note we are unable to refund any postage or packaging costs incurred in the return of your purchase. We will only cover the postage or return costs incurred if we have made an error where we are responsible, or the product is faulty.
We will not accept liability for any return that is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they use adequate return packaging and we would strongly recommend using a tracked or registered method of return service who can cover your loss/damage of your parcel.
Red’s Jewels accept no liability for said items until safely received on the companies registered premises.
